Rosstoons grants the image user a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to copy the Rosstoon(s) on to their computer and to use the Rosstoon(s) (herein collectively called, the 'image(s) as specified.

The US$25 fee is for a single use in a publication, presentation or website. If you want to use any image(s) on an on-going basis or for an advertising campaign or book cover, please contact me for a quote.

This license is valid only with respect to the image(s), provided the applicable license fee is paid.
The specified image(s) may not be sold or sublicensed.

You may not copy, reproduce transmit or broadcast any image(s) or part of this site other than in the manner outlined in the purchase details without permission from myself ( Ross Kinnaird ) You must not alter or adapt any cartoon without permission. All cartoons must be reproduced with the copyright © and the word rosstoons intact as delivered. You agree to use the cartoons in a lawful manner and in such a way that does not infringe apon the privacy of others or in such a way as to cause offence.

Use of the image(s) does not grant the user the right to duplicate or distribute the image(s) to any third party or end user.

Under no circumstances will Rosstoons or Ross Kinnaird personally take responsibility for any losses or damage arising from the use, directly or indirectly, of this website or any of the images, regardless of the form of action.

Please note, that because of the nature of the way this transaction is conducted there can be no refunds given. However it is important to me that you are satisfied.
